II. How to update/install eServiceTech mobile app

Please update to the latest version of eServiceTech using the instructions below:

Application Version: 4.8
Build No.: 1046
 
Steps to install the new app:
 

1. Sync all offline transactions (if you have any, applicable for eServiceTech only).
2. Log out of the app.
3. Uninstall the app.
   1. Long press the eServiceTech app and click Remove App
   2. Click Delete App 
   3. Click Delete
      
      
      
4. Use the given link or scan the QR code with your camera app:

5. Click the Download iPhone/Android App link
   1. Click Install
      
   2. Wait for the app to finish downloading
      
      
      
   3. Once installed the app must be trusted.  If you click the app now you will see the following message:
      
      
      
   4. To fix this open Settings > General > VPN, DNS, & Device Management
      
      
   5. Under ENTERPRISE APP, click E-EMPHASYS TECHNOLOGIES, INC.:
      
   6. Click Trust "E-EMPHASYS TECHNOLOGIES, INC."
   7. Click Trust
      
      
      
   8. You should now be able to open the eServiceTech mobile app
6. Once the app is opened click Allow/OK for any permissions requested by the app
   1. When prompted, enter the provided service URL:
      
      https://eapps-sonsray.eetcld.com/eServiceTechService/
